We invite investors to participate in construction projects under the 44th Federal law in Russia.
Our company specializes in the field of engineering and civil construction, has all the necessary equipment, highly qualified staff and engineers, as well as has all the necessary licenses and permits. The authorized capital is 1 million rubles, and the turnover for 2019 exceeded 1 billion rubles.
Having started its activity in 2008, a number of construction projects have been successfully implemented in St. Petersburg, Leningrad region, Orel region, KHMAO, Stavropol territory, Bashkortostan and Tatarstan.
Today we are implementing a number of projects within the framework of the 44th Federal law and invite investors to participate in order to replenish working capital and participate in additional projects.
• Minimum investment: from 5 million rubles;
• Profit distribution: 50% / 50%;
• Return on investment: from 30% per annum.
It is important to understand that the return on investment is significantly higher than the overall profitability of the project, as the project is delivered in stages.
Example: an investor invests 15 000 000 rubles in a project in Perm, which must be completed in 2 months. The resulting profit from the project is 15.3% of the contract amount, or 6 million rubles, of which the investor receives a net profit of 3 million.
Thus, the ROI (return on investment) will be 20% for 2 months.
At the same time, the investor retains full control over the cash flow and has full control over the progress of construction works. You do not need to transfer money somewhere, the investor can pay the bills directly to suppliers, and have a direct subcontract with us.
We are currently working on each project. Fully staffed with engineers, foremen, employees performing all phases of the work. However, the attracted investment funds will allow us to release assets for participation in additional projects, and the investor will be given the opportunity to participate in highly profitable construction projects.
