The company at its own expense buys the volume from NNPC (Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation) and offers the convenient procedure for the end buyer. The supplier provides for the real buyer with a delivery guarantee (Performance bond 2%), which is issued to the buyer’s Bank before the LC/SBLC financial instrument will be provided by the buyer.
