• Product: Indonesia Steam (energy) Coal in bulk;
• Origin: Indonesia, Kalimantan Island, eastern or southern parts;
• Quality: GAR 3200 – GAR 6200;
• Quantity: 50,000 MT – 200 000MT (±10%) per mo. x 12 months (annual contract);
• Terms of Delivery: FOB port in Indonesia /CIF ASWP (any safe world port);
• Certification: SGS / SUCOFINDO / other independent inspection;
• Price: Depends on the quality and quantity chosen by the Buyer;
• Payment Terms: Irrevocable 100% L/C at Sight 30-60 days, MT700;
• Laycan period: 25 – 45 days after L/C issuance;
• Visit: It is possible for the buyer to visit the coal mining location, stock pile and jetty, after activation of the initialed contract.
In case of interest, we ask you to send a Letter of intent (LOI) to the supplier company, specify the parameters of the required coal, quantity and delivery basis, with details of the LC issuing bank, and contacts of the official responsible for negotiations.
It is required to attach to the LOI:
- Company Profile (information about the Buyer’s company and its previous work experience);
- Client information sheet (CIS), with Buyer’s bank details;
- Import license, if required in the country of delivery
- Be ready to provide a bank document confirming the solvency of the Buyer’s company.
After receiving LOI from you, we are ready to promptly prepare a commercial supply offer for you, and begin negotiating on the details of the contract.

Supplies are carried out from various coal mines, which are located throughout Indonesia, but the main focus is on South and East Kalimantan. The offered quality varies in a wide range of GAR 3200 – GAR 6200, depending on the customer’s request.
