History
Project was started in KSA 1988 and inaugurated 1992 the plant is semi-automatic (TULSA OKLAHOMA) and was designed to work for all the three types of crude from BASRA. The refinery was commissioned to produce turbine fuel and diesel oil products of desired quality for 10 decades.
The plant was fed by a 1450km long pipe line from BASRAH. It was disbanded first due to geo-political conditions of that time. According to reports available for inspection it seems to have worked only for 28days at actual.

As per the documents & drawings available the intake capacity of this plant is meant for the distillation of Hydrocarbons.

Its manual says it can be used for almost all type of crude to match client’s demand of products and composition of crude with an end product A92, A95, Diesel L02, 62 & LPG.
